For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used fragrances.
We recommend ordering samples before purchasing a full bottle.

We offer replacements for:

• damaged items on arrival

• incorrect items received

To request a replacement, contact: contact@jardindudesert.com within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued only for orders cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, all sales are final.
